A year or so ago Felix took part in a child development study at the U of M. Last month, he asked me when he would get to go back. I happened to get a request from the U recently and since he was so interested, I signed him up.
He had a blast today. He got to play games and play with toys. For part of the time they fit an EEG net on him to record his brain waves while he played a space game on a computer.
He was so patient through the fitting (though he told them several times how anxious he was to play the computer game). When he was all done, the researcher told me that Felix completed all of the games and got 10 out of 10 on the last game -which is unusual. Felix was pretty pleased with the games and the toy he got to pick at the end. It was a camouflage foam airplane. He everyone, "I think I made the right choice. There were bigger ones, but this is the one I wanted."
