They put me on the phones today. Thank God! I think they made me put up with 3 entire days of sitting and listening in on calls, just so I would be greatful for the relative excitement of sitting and listening to my own phone. The afternoon went so fast today. I actually got some stimulation. My very first call was from a spanish speaking man. Crap. I had never run into this while listening in, so I got to panic and improvise. It all worked out, he had the wrong depatment anyway. It feels real good to actually be doing something.
