I got a letter today that said the city DID paint our garage, but as part of an aggressive clean up program for gang and particularly offensive graffiti. Which means we will not be charged. They also did my neighbor's the same day, but I thought they hadn't because it got tagged again, by the time I'd noticed. Ugh.
