I am sooooo beyond thrilled that I don't have to set up a classroom this year. Maybe I can spend some of my time helping out the 5th grade newbies a little.
The State Fair is coming up! I saw a bus ad that said:
MN Sate Fair: New and improved!My little girl is back home from her weekend stay with grandma. She had a great time, but I missed her more and more as the time to pick her up came closer.

It seems like she has grown in just two days. Where she used to say "yeah", she is distinctly saying "yes". She came up to me and said "Momma, go sit on de porch. [gets the what do you say look from me]...pease" Did Donna give her diction lessons all weekend? My baby is growing so quickly.

ReplyDeleteI love what you are doing. I spent almost an hour on saturday going to all of these and reliving them.
If you are going to continue the blog for you class this year, I will have to get the blog address again. I loved following along last year.
I probably won't be, since I won't have a regular class.
