That, or I am just really enjoying my summer off.
Today I found this cute sewing basket.
I would never have paid $20 for it, except for the curious assortment of items inside.
A nice sharp little pair of sewing scissors, several containers of various glues, a spool of wire, an embroidery hoop (I have 13 now! thanks to all), lots of velcro, and straight pins, and many items with Japanese labeling:
A paper of needles (if that's the way that love begins...) and this "buttoneer". I assume it is for attaching buttons, but I'm not sure how.
It replaces my old tackle box sewing box mess:
It also made me realize that both the basket and my homeless sewing machine would fit perfectly in the new buffet!
